General Return/Exchange Guidelines

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal items may not be eligible for return (for example, worn earrings).


Change of Mind Returns

  • Return Window: If you’ve changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 72 hours of receiving them. In this case, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in sellable condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.


We Accept Returns/Exchanges If:

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color

  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or with a significant color discrepancy

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or free exchange.


We Do Not Accept Returns/Exchanges If:

  • The wrong size or color was selected by the customer

  • The item is not in its original condition (used, damaged, worn, or missing packaging)

  • You submit a return without prior approval

  • It is past the 30-day return window


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at help@aulso.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our support team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Ship the Item: Return the item using a trackable shipping method. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Send Tracking Info: Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return status.

  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 7 business days.


Important Notes

  • Do not return packages to the sender address on the shipping label. We will provide the correct return address upon approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • No refund will be issued if we do not receive valid tracking information for your return.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees (if applicable) are only refunded if the return is due to an issue on our end.
